Working principle and characteristics
Basket type filter is the main part of the Metal mesh basket, generally used in the entrance of the filter basket, mesh used inside of the basket is available for quickly disassemble and cleaning, and usually used on the tubes needed long term filtration; When the fluid enters the filter basket through the main tube, the impurities are blocked inside the basket, clean filtrate passed and discharged from the filter outlet; When the basket needs cleaning, just take out the detachable basket, deal with it and then reload it; Characteristics: compact structure, high filtration capacity, small pressure loss, wide application range, convenient maintenance and low price, etc.
Application:

1.The weak corrosive materials used in the chemical industry and petrochemical production, such as: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.

2.Corrosive materials used in the chemical production, such as: caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.

3.Refrigeration materials at low temperature, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and different refrigerants.

4.Materials with sanitary requirements in food and pharmaceutical production, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrup, etc.
