Working principle and characteristics
T type filter basket is the main part of the T type filter, generally used in the tubes with bigger diameter, the mesh inside is also available for cleaning and replacement. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a kind of mesh, the impurities are blocked, and clean filtrate been discharged from the filter outlet. When the basket needs cleaning, just take out the detachable cylinder, deal with it and then reload it.; Characteristics: compact structure, high filtration capacity, small pressure loss, wide application range, convenient maintenance and economic, etc.
Application:
1. The weak corrosive materials used in the chemical industry and petrochemical production, such as: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials used in the chemical industry production, such as: caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.
3. Refrigeration materials at low temperature, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and different refrigerants.
4. Materials with sanitary requirements in food and pharmaceutical production, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrup, etc.
